Terms and Conditions for $99 Christmas Mini Sessions

Thank you for booking a Christmas Mini Session! Please carefully review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable session.

1. Session Fee & Payment
The cost of the Christmas Mini Session is $99, which includes a 1 hours photography session. Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Session Availability & Scheduling

• Sessions are available on weekends and Thursdays only.

• Available session start times are 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM.

• Sessions are available until December 20th, 2024.

• Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, and all sessions must be completed by December 20th, 2024 to ensure images are delivered BEFORE Christmas.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Once a booking has been confirmed with full payment, it is non refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify Taylored Lifestyle Shots at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

4. Session Duration
Each Christmas Mini Session will last 1 hour. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled time, as sessions cannot be extended.

5. Location
The location of the session will be provided after booking confirmation. Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for preparation.

6. Image Delivery

• You will receive an online gallery of your edited images within 10 days of your session or by the 21st of December whichever comes first.

• The number of images delivered includes 5 edited high resolution digital images and an additional 20 screen resolution images.

• Additional images may be available for purchase upon request.

7. Image Usage & Copyright

• All images from the session are the property of the photographer and may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio, etc.) unless you specifically request otherwise.

• Commercial use or redistribution of images is not allowed without the photographer’s written consent.

8. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time and will not be compensated for lost time.

9. Limitations
The Christmas Mini Session is designed for families, individuals, or groups of up to 5 people. Larger groups will require a custom session and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Health & Safety
If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or exhibiting signs of illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. We want to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
