Offers and Specials:

• All offers and specials are redeemable as one session per family.

• Offers cannot be combined with any other offer or gift card unless otherwise agreed upon with Taylored Lifestyle Shots.

Appointments:

• Sessions are by confirmed appointments only; walk-ins are not accepted.

• A retainer fee of 25% is required to confirm your session. Without the retainer, Taylored Lifestyle Shots reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your session at a moment’s notice.

• A 48-hour notice prior to cancellation is required to retain your deposit.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your session will be cancelled and rescheduled.

• Confirmation emails are the final attempt to confirm your session. Unconfirmed sessions may be cancelled.

Image Delivery:

• Purchased images are provided as high-resolution files.

• Remaining images from your session may be available as low-resolution options.

• RAW untouched images are not available.
